Edward M. Thomas, Sr., is senior pastor and chief administrator of EL Bethel Temple of Jesus at Orlando and EL Bethel Christian Academy respectively. He manages the total church program with his wife, Carolyn Thomas. He holds a bachelors in Music, a masters and doctorate in Theology from the United Bible College and Seminary of Orlando, Florida.

Carolyn Thomas is an elder and principal of EL Bethel Temple of Jesus at Orlando and EL Bethel Christian Academy respectively. She has led the academy's development since August 1999. Mother T, as she is affectionately called, holds a bachelors degree in Theology from International Seminary of Plymouth, Florida since 1996. She is the mother of ten (10) children and is continuing her master's studies in counseling at Liberty University of Lynchburg, Virginia. She is the wife of Bishop Edward Thomas, Sr., senior pastor of EL Bethel Temple of Jesus at Orlando.

George Sloan, Jr. is an elder of EL Bethel Temple of Jesus at Orlando and assistant principal of administration of EL Bethel Christian Academy. He also serves as church administrator and youth pastor. Elder Sloan is a graduate of Maynard Evans High School of Orlando, Florida since 1988. He formerly served five years as program coordinator at the Tangelo Park Branch of the YMCA.

Tammy Holiday serves EL Bethel Christian Academy as assistant principal of students and operations. Having graduated from Oak Ridge High School in the spring of 1978, Mrs. Holiday has worked with the Tangelo Park Branch of the YMCA for twenty years as Mtomba Director.

Charlyce Simmons is the administrative assistant for the EL Bethel Christian Academy. She is a 1998 graduate of West Orange High School. Mrs. Simmons is a talented vocalist and is married to Mr. Alonzo Simmons.
